Stay Up to Date on All Payment Policy Changes

    All payment policies are reviewed and updated on an annual basis with a subset being reviewed monthly. Changes to these policies may translate into updates to claim editing and affect claims payments.

    Changes may include:

    • Additions, deletions, and clarifications
    • New coding guideline
    • New or deleted procedure codes, both CPT and HCPCS
    • New or deleted ICD-10 CM or PCS codes
    • Other industry coding in general

    Review the payment policy updates to learn about changes to payment policies that may affect the processing of your claim. All payment policy changes are searchable from the provider home page and some changes are highlighted with a Provider News article in the Reminders and Update section.
