The Kroger pharmacy provider agreement with Express Scripts ended January 1, 2023. This change does not apply to our Medicare Advantage (MA) plans. Premera Medicare Advantage plans use CVS pharmacy as the pharmacy benefit manager. Kroger is in-network for MA and includes pharmacies such as QFC and Fred Meyer.
