We’re now at the one-year mark of having Availity as our primary secure portal. Along the way, we’ve learned from our provider feedback and now offer a tutorial to help you get the most out of using Availity tools.

Availity also offers Premera-specific webinars in the Availity Learning Center. Simply sign in to Availity, and go to the Availity Learning Center > Help & Training > Get Trained and enter the keyword "Premera."
Sign in to Availity to access the following tools:
- Eligibility and benefits
- Prior authorization
- Prior authorization status
- Claims and payments
- C3 claims editor
- Electronic funds transfer for enrollment or cancellation
