Starting in 2021, Premera will offer Quartet to members in all counties in Washington.
Quartet helps match members with behavioral health providers who can meet their needs. Quartet currently works with more than 1,500 behavioral health providers, many of whom are also in Premera’s network. If you’re a behavioral health provider and don’t currently work with Quartet, we encourage you to sign up.
Collaboration with Quartet offers you:
- Simplicity for Patients. Patients can use the Quartet self-referral tool and won’t be charged to be matched with a behavioral health provider.
- Expanded patient base. Quartet matches you to new patients based on your clinical specialty and health plan network, at no cost to you.
- Collaborative process. Physicians and behavioral health providers have access to behavioral health assessments and referral notes shared between the providers through the Quartet platform.
If you’re not a behavioral health provider but think one of your patients would benefit from getting help to find behavioral health care, you can refer them by logging into Quartet and filling out a brief mental health referral form.
