Premera regularly surveys our network to ensure our efforts efficiently care for our members and providers. There are many reasons your response to this survey is important, including:
- Ensuring that our providers and staff are aware of our variety of available networks
- Understanding how we can better serve and communicate with our providers
- Identifying areas that have room for improvement
You should receive the provider survey next week via email. If you don't receive a survey email, you can take the survey through a link on our provider home page starting on July 13. Please complete and return this important survey as quickly as possible. This survey closes on August 8.
