Premera regularly surveys our network of providers and staff to ensure our ongoing efforts to timely and efficient care for our members. This is especially critical as some of our networks are limited, where not all providers participate.
There are many reasons your response to this survey is important, including:
- Ensuring that our providers and staff are aware of our variety of available networks
- Understanding which networks the provider is contracted with
- How you can locate more information on contracted providers
