As of June 3, the Physician and Provider Relations phone lines have been reopened. The phone number is 877-342-5258 option 4.
In addition to the phone line, online resources are available to assist you:
- Use our contracted provider update form to add a new provider, change contact information, clinic location, specialty, or tax ID number (W-9 required).
- For questions related to credentialing applications (initial or recredentialing), send an email to Credentialing.Updates@Premera.com
- To join the Premera network (Washington and Alaska providers only), your organization must be contracted with Premera to be credentialed with us.
