Our real-time claim estimate and submission tool is no longer available. This tool was used to estimate patient costs for medical and dental services and submit claims. New patient cost estimating tools will be introduced in 2022 as part of the No Surprises Act mandate. We’ll
include a message on the secure My Premera dashboard page as soon as the tools are available.
In the meantime, claims can be submitted by:
- Mailing a paper claim
- Signing up for Office Ally, a free, full-service clearing house*
- Using your existing software to create and submit claims electronically through a billing service or clearinghouse
*Our EDI team must pre-enroll providers before they can submit claims electronically through Office Ally. To find out more about using Office Ally, email our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team at EDI@premera.com.
