A new prior approval
form is now available for Federal Employee Program (FEP) members in Alaska and
Eastern Washington. The form notes that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services performed in the school setting aren’t covered by BCBS FEP. You can find this new form on the FEP provider website. For more information, call 877-342-5258, option 3.
