Starting July 1, 2021, Premera NOW, a new type of EPO health plan, allows members to access virtual care without any out-of-pocket costs and is available at a lower premium than standard PPO plans. This plan uses our Heritage Prime network and does not
include out-of-network benefits except for emergency services. Members may choose to receive virtual or in-person care from any provider in the Heritage Prime network without a referral.
