The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends
that babies have at least 6 check-ups with their primary care provider by the
age of 15 months. The AAP also recommends that children aged 2 and older see
their doctor annually. View the tip sheet for information about patient claims and tips for success.
In December, the
parents/guardians of eligible members will receive the following:
- Growth chart for ages 1 to 3 months old
- Informational mailer 4 months to 11 years old
All mailings include
relevant, age-appropriate information including:
- Recommended vaccine schedule
- Key milestones
- Anticipatory guidance
- How to find a primary care provider
