Premera will be sending a personalized scorecard to approximately 20,000 Federal Employee Program (FEP) members in Eastern Washington and Alaska who are eligible for any of the following screenings or tests:
- Diabetic HbA1c testing
- Colorectal cancer screening
- Cervical cancer screening
- Breast cancer screening
If the member hasn’t received a screening, a visual indicator will show this, and more information about the screening/test will be provided. If the member has received a screening, a brief “congratulations” will show, and more information about the screening/test will be provided.
