Availity users can now see the member's ID card within the secure Availity eligibility and benefits tool from the benefits results page. The member ID card displays in a separate window. Users can select ‘save to PDF’ to save the card to a file that can be printed or stored online.
This is an Availity feature providers have been asking for and we're thrilled to be rolling it out. Note that this enhancement doesn't include Medicare Advantage, Individual Plans, or FEP.
