Currently only 15% of our contracted providers have added their biography and photo to the provider directory. By adding more information to the directory, patients can make better informed decisions about who they choose for their care.
It’s easy to add the information – just fill out our online form. The form is also linked on our secure landing page (“Add provider directory photo/bio”) under Quick Links. You’ll need your National Provider Identifier (NPI) number to update your profile.
