If you provide care to Premera Blue Cross Medicare Advantage patients, you’ll soon have a new prior authorization and referral tool called Symphony.
Symphony will help streamline your workflows by improving the prior authorization and referral online submission process.
- No more checking codes from a separate list. Code checks will be part of the submission process. When you enter a procedure code, the system will tell you if a prior authorization is required or not.
- No duplicate entries. When you enter a request, Symphony will tell you if there’s a similar request in the system before you submit to help prevent duplicates.
- No change to your sign-in process. You’ll access the tool through OneHealthPort the same way you do today.
