  • Incorrect 1099-MISC Forms
    Premera mailed incorrect IRS 1099-MISC forms to many providers. The forms were generated with data for the 2024 tax year instead of the required 2025 reporting year. Corrected forms will be mailed to providers starting February 6, 2026, and will clearly state they are corrected.
