2018 Medicare Advantage Changes

We've officially transitioned over to our new partner Visiant, who'll start managing our Medicare Advantage members' benefits in 2018. Here are a few helpful reminders and resources to help you through the transition.

New For 2018

• New fax number for submitting medical prior authorization and referral requests: 866-809-1370. This number is on the new Medicare Advantage prior authorization and referral forms located on our Medicare Advantage provider website forms page.

• Check the new Part B pharmacy criteria for medical benefit drugs requiring clinical review list, for questions about whether a drug needs a review. This is also available on our new policies page.
