It has come to our attention that a company called Complex Care Solutions is contacting providers on behalf of Premera and asking for verification of information on providers and patients. We don’t have a relationship with Complex Care Solutions and consider this a scam. Always be mindful of information shared over the phone, especially sensitive information.
