Due to the increase in COVID-19 related admissions, we’re temporarily waiving the prior authorization requirement for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and Long-term Acute Care hospitals (LTAC) effective September 7, 2021, through October 31, 2021. Please provide admission notification and discharge
