The Physician and Provider Relations phone lines are currently closed. This closure will help us get caught up on provider requests, in order of receipt.
Use online resources
- Use our contracted provider update form to add a new provider, change contact information, clinic location, specialty, or tax ID number (W-9 required).
- For questions related to credentialing applications (initial or recredentialing), send an email to Credentialing.Updates@Premera.com.
- To join the Premera network (Washington and Alaska providers only), your organization must be contracted with Premera to be credentialed with us.
