New Provider Customer Service Hours

    We recently extended our provider customer service hours to 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. The best times to call are from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. PT. BlueCard is included in these new hours.

    Opening the phone lines at 6 a.m. should especially help our out-of-area provider call volume, which can be as high as 60% of our total calls. Our phone messaging and provider contact us pages are updated to reflect the new hours.

    Note that these extended hours exclude FEP, Shared Admin, and Individual Plans.
