Premera regularly surveys our network to ensure our efforts efficiently care for our members and providers. This is especially critical as some of our networks are limited, where not all providers participate.
There are many reasons your response to this survey is important, including:
- Ensuring that our providers and staff are aware of our variety of available networks
- Understanding how we can better serve and communicate with our providers
- How you can locate more information on contracted providers
