In July 2023, members with specific needs will receive:
- When a member is only due for one of the following cancer screenings, a letter about the importance of the cancer screening is sent.
- Breast Cancer Screening
- Cervical Cancer Screening
OR
- If a member is due for more than 1 cancer screening or chronic condition testing, a scorecard is prepared and sent for:
- Diabetic HbA1c Testing
- Breast Cancer Screening
- Cervical Cancer Screening
- Colorectal Cancer Screening
The scorecard has personalized messaging. If members have not received a screening or test, more information about it will be printed, likewise, if members have received a screening or test, a quick “congratulations” message will be printed.
