Research shows the best health outcomes occur when patients have the right information to make informed decisions. We're collaborating with Healthwise to offer shared decision making tools that help patients make important decisions about their care with their provider.
At the core of the tools are decision aids designed to help patients understand options for complex care scenarios including cancer treatments, joint replacements, coronary artery disease, and other health issues. Located on the Premera website, the decision aids encourage patients to make thoughtful decisions and work closely with their provider/medical expert to support the best health outcome.
