As of April 15, 2023, providers can serve Premera Federal Employee Program (FEP) members through the Availity secure portal. The new Premera FEP payer will display specific tools including eligibility and benefits, claims status, claims submission, and remittance viewer. Prior authorization for FEP will not go through Availity; providers will continue to submit prior auth requests using an FEP form.
Call FEP customer service at 800-562-1011 for any information needed that isn’t available through Availity.
