Starting July 1, 2020, more than 2,000 City and Borough of Juneau, Bartlett Regional Hospital, and Juneau School District members received new ID cards and subscriber ID numbers for dental coverage.
Dental coverage for these members was previously included on their medical ID card but is now separate. Members will need a separate Premera dental ID card when they receive dental care and your office should submit claims using the new dental subscriber ID. Sign in to our provider website to verify member eligibility and benefits, basic demographic information, deductibles, benefit limit accumulators, and claim status. Be sure to use the new dental subscriber ID number.
