AIM Specialty Health (AIM) changed its name to Carelon Medical Benefits Management on March 1, 2023. Please make note of the following changes:
- The website for www.aimspecialtyhealth.com will redirect to Carelon as of March 1, 2023.
- If you have bookmarks saved for AIM, be assured that the current URL for AIM automatically redirects to the Carelon URL. Redirects will be in place for 2 years.
- The secure portal URL, www.providerportal.com, is not changing.
This is a name change only. There will be no changes to the way providers submit requests or the contact information to check status. You'll continue to use the same secure portal at www.providerportal.com.
