With the passage of the No Surprises Act (Part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (H.R. 133)), Premera is required to suppress provider directory information if a provider’s data is not verified every 90 days.
We’re excited to work with Quest Analytics to streamline your verification process through their BetterDoctor online portal. BetterDoctor is specifically designed to help make compliance easier by keeping a record of every change
made to your provider data - what was changed, by whom, and when.
You’ll be receiving more information from Quest Analytics/BetterDoctor in the next few weeks. Expect verification through BetterDoctor to begin in fourth quarter 2021.
