In response to provider requests, we’re changing our process to streamline admission notifications. This means providers are no longer required to submit medical records by 2 p.m. on the day of the patient’s admission.
Starting on January 1, 2021, we’ll process your notification as soon as it’s received. Medical records need to be submitted to us prior to discharge and discharge notification is still required. Failure to submit medical records before discharge may result in payment delays or denials. Get forms and admission notification details.
