In some instances, additional information is required to process a claim. We have introduced a new method for submitting the necessary medical records to facilitate claims processing. You now have several options for submitting requested information, as outlined below:
To ensure a smooth and expedited claims payment process, please keep the following guidelines in mind when returning requested medical records:
- Include a copy of the claim letter
- For each submission, include only one member and one claim (do not combine records)
- Only send medical records for active requests
- Email attachments must be in PDF format, secure emails will not be processed
