All active Amazon employees and their dependents are eligible to enroll in the Livongo program to help them better manage their diabetes.
Once enrolled, patients will receive test strips and lancets shipped directly to their homes with no co-pays. Livongo also offers a blood glucose monitor, real-time tips, and 24-hour support if readings indicate a patient may need help.
Livongo is an independent provider of diabetes curriculum and support and doesn’t provide Blue Cross Blue Shield products or services. Livongo is solely responsible for its products and services.
