Changes to Prospective Review Web Page

  • May 18, 2017

Through recent usability testing, interviews, and surveys, we’ve seen that providers struggle to find prior authorization information on our website. That’s why we’re renaming and relocating prior authorization tools and resources for better online tools access with less clicks.

    Updates include:

    • Renaming the tool formerly known as Prospective Review to Prior Authorization and moving it to the Tools section in the left navigation
    • Renaming the Check Prospective Review Status link and moving it to the Tools section
    • Wording changes over the next month or so when we transition the phrase “Prospective Review” to “Prior Authorization” across the provider website

We’re always looking for ways to improve our website and we’d love to hear from you. Give us your feedback via the Premera Listens link on our secure website.
