We know providers prefer to focus on patient care, but there’s also the responsibility for accurate and complete documentation and coding of that care. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when selecting the right ICD-10 code to represent patients’ diagnoses and ensuring the documentation is sufficient to support the code selected.
Premera is helping providers code and document more accurately and efficiently with our new condition-focused, web-based training series. Our first edition, Major Depressive Disorders, is separated into four short sections that can each be reviewed separately.
