Premera Dental Benefits Now Available Online

    Premera just launched detailed dental benefits within our eligibility and benefits tool on our provider website and through electronic transactions. This new option helps you self-serve for customer information, giving you more time with your patients.

    Our new, detailed dental customer benefits include:

    • In/out-of-network benefits, deductibles, maximum allowance, and amount remaining
    • Plan dental benefits for preventive, basic, major, and other services
    • Treatment history including X-ray history and last date of service
    • Contract language like missing tooth clause, waiting period, and prep vs. seat dates
