The always-available training takes just 15 minutes, and all you need is an internet connection and headphones. The training is located in Premera's Learning Center.
Your team will learn how to check benefits, complete prior authorization, and bill appropriately for the care of patients with out-of-state Blue plans.
About the BlueCard program
The BlueCard program is a national program that enables customers of one Blue Plan to obtain healthcare while traveling or living in another Blue plan's service area, and includes a nationwide network for processing payment.
