Symphony Prior Authorization Tool Upgrade

    Symphony has introduced a new menu option in the prior authorization process for when users can’t find a provider or facility in the database. The system requires users to enter the type of requesting and treating provider and the type of facilities.

    Instead of searching for “Provider or Facility not Found,” the user can now select the new option: “I can’t find Provider/Facility.” This selection will automatically open the “Not Found Provider/Facility” section, where the user will be asked to provide the specific provider/facility details.
