Member Open Gap Care Phone Outreach

    Beginning in August, Premera started working with Advantasure, a third-party vendor, to conduct an open care gap phone outreach campaign to select Medicare Advantage customers. Customers will receive a call about preventive services they’re due to complete. The agent will provide information about why the services are important and then offer to help schedule appointments for the member with their primary care physician or specialist. Let your scheduling staff know that they may receive three-way calls on behalf of Premera helping members to schedule care.
