There’s a secure provider website and tools exclusively for Medicare Advantage (MA) dental providers. You’ll find resources and information about MA dental benefits, and you can access MA dental secure online tools to:
- Check a patient’s eligibility and benefits
- Find a claim
- Check an explanation of payment (EOP)
Processing your claims faster
To ensure your claims don’t get misdirected or held up because of missing information, here are a few tips:
- Ensure the claim form fields match the information on the front of the ID card.
- Include the MA member ID number for every claim. The number is on the member’s ID card. Don’t forget to include the prefix ZNP.
- Always include our MA Dental Claim Payer ID 47570.
- Submit electronic attachments to National Electronic Attachment (NEA) or Change HealthCare (CHC). Our payor ID is 47570 and reference the NEA or CHC attachment document number on the claim.
