Beginning January 1, 2020, you’ll see a new look to our OneHealthPort Single Sign On (SSO) page. There will be 2 buttons at the top of the page to do business with Premera. The Individual 2020 Plans button will direct you to the new Individual plan provider secure site.
2020 Individual Plans button: If your patient's group number is listed here and/or their health insurance card includes the phrase "Individual Plan," and you’re looking for information for the 2020 plan year, then log into the Premera 2020 Individual Plans site. On the page you will also see a (sample) ID card and the 2020 group numbers that indicates the member is on an individual plan.
All Other Plans button: If you’re looking for Individual plan information for years prior to 2020, including 2019 eligibility and benefits, or the patient's card doesn’t say "Individual Plan" then log into the All Other Plans site.
