Eligibility and Benefits for 2020 Individual Plan Patients

    The new eligibility and benefits tool isn’t available until January 1, 2020. If you need to look up a member’s eligibility and benefits before January, call the customer service number on the back of the member’s ID card (800-607-0546).

    Starting January 1, 2020, follow the steps below to look up eligibility and benefits for Premera patients with a 2020 Individual health plan. You can’t use the commercial search tool on the Premera website.

    1. Sign into OneHealthPort (OHP) and click on the Premera Blue Cross icon.
    2. After clicking the Premera Blue Cross icon, click on the “2020 Individual Plans” button at the top of the page to sign into the secure site.
    3. Once you’re signed into the secure site, click on “Search Member Eligibility” on the top navigation bar.
