2019 is almost here which means we have information to share with you regarding our 2019 Medicare Advantage plans.
We’re looking forward to 2019 as we’ve expanded our Medicare Advantage plans into four new counties. Starting in 2019 we’ll be covering new members in Lewis, Skagit, Stevens, and Whatcom counties, in addition to our current counties of King, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, and Thurston.
Here are a few reminders and tips to help you care for our Medicare Advantage members in 2019.
- The dental benefit is for preventive dental services only. You can review our training materials to find general coverage information for our plans.
- We have different levels of coverage for our various plans so it’s important that you check the member’s benefits before providing services.
- We have a separate website and online tools for Medicare Advantage. Go to our Medicare Advantage dental home page or to OneHealthPort to log in to secure tools for Medicare Advantage dental.
- Members who have the dental benefit, will have DENTAL on the bottom of their ID card.
- Dental providers should call 855-612-7477 for fast service. This number is on the back of the member’s ID card.
- We have detailed information about what’s covered and how to use our online tools on our Medicare Advantage dental landing page.
