    Essentials pharmacy plans

    Cost & coverage
    Keeps costs as low as possible by focusing on high-value drugs that are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

    Office visit
    Employee pays a copay or percentage of drug cost.

    Provider network
    Covers 30-day supply for retail and 90-day supply for mail order.
