  • With Preferred Choice plans, it’s all about flexibility. Our 2026 Preferred Choice plans are designed to offer your business a well-rounded suite of health plan options for your employees with 49 of our most popular medical plans, 11 pharmacy plans, and 15 dental plans to choose from.

    For 2026 Preferred Choice benefit highlights, you will notice separate documents available for fully insured and OptiFlex plans. The fully insured plans include a Kinwell Connect cost share waiver where all services rendered and billed by any Kinwell Clinic are covered in full, while the OptiFlex plans apply standard cost shares to those services. Additionally, fully insured pharmacy plans offer a 90-day retail supply, whereas OptiFlex pharmacy plans are limited to a 30-day retail supply.

    Employee pays a copay or percentage of drug cost

    Supply
    Covers a 90-day supply for retail and mail orders, with one copay per 30-day retail supply if applicable, and a 30-day supply for specialty medications
