To create a more streamlined experience, small group employers will now receive digital employer agreements and benefit booklets via email notification.
In the email, employers will be pointed to resources that will help them do the following:
- Set up their secure employer portal access
- Sign in to the portal to access their benefit booklet, digital employer guide, plan administrator guide, and more.
- Get news and updates
Transition to email notifications for agreements and benefit booklets begins for new and renewing groups began January 1, 2023.
