For the Premera Education Program and large groups with a Premera Wellness Program

Lifestyle guidance resources are included with every Premera Wellness Program for large groups. These resources provide your employees and their family members with online support and direct access to a guidance consultant by phone, online, or through a mobile app.

Lifestyle guidance resources are provided through ComPsych*, the world’s largest provider of employee assistance programs (EAP). Employees and their family members get access to masters and PhD-level experts and online tools. Resources include help with personal, financial, and legal matters.

    For example:

    • Clinicians can provide emotional support for mental health problems, stress, grief, and relationship conflicts. Employees can have up to three confidential face-to-face counseling sessions per type of issue at no cost.
    • Financial experts can help employees plan for retirement, file taxes, create a household budget, and manage debt.
    • Attorneys can offer guidance on matters ranging from prenuptial agreements and adoptions, to divorce and wills. Employees can get a free 30-minute consultation and 25% off legal fees.
    • Online tools include resources to help employees achieve a better work-life balance, such as finding childcare, elder care, and pet care providers.

    Now available: Four quarterly tips

We want to make it easy for you to communicate to your employees about their lifestyle guidance resources. That’s why we put together an easy-to-implement communications campaign of four quarterly tips. These quarterly tips are found on B’link, an online resource center of ready-to-share employee communications.
