Large Groups (51+): Important deadlines for Renewal

We want you to have the best possible experience when going through the renewal process.

Enrollment

For groups renewing January 1, 2023, the recommended deadline to submit enrollment elections and changes was December 5, 2022. This includes groups that process enrollment via Vimly. This helps safeguard that enrolled members will have access to their health plan on the plan’s start date.

Personal funding account enrollment

• Payment cards mailed by January 1, enrollment would need to be received on or before Friday, December 16, 2022.

Renewal paperwork and confirmations

The due date for paperwork for groups renewing January 1, 2023, has passed. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact your Premera representative or producer.

• Membership and billing: Email your designated membership and billing representative at PremeraMembership@premera.com or call 855-756-0796.
• New or renewal questions or changes: Contact your designated Premera account team.
• Servicing requests for personal funding accounts: email OpsSysPersonalFundAcctSupp@premera.com.
• Claims issues: Call Premera customer service at 800-722-1471.

Reminders

If your plan is renewing in January, now is an excellent time to remind your employees to fill their prescriptions prior to your plan renewal. This tip is particularly helpful to avoid any potential disruption in the event that your group had a late enrollment or confirmation.
