We recently updated our COVID-19 Employer FAQ. The FAQ now includes the latest information about temporary COVID-19 provisions as well as updated COVID-19 coverage end dates.
In summary, a June 30, 2021, end date now applies to the following:
- The payment grace period extension to 60 days
- Claim payment grace period of 30 days (paying claims during the first 30 days of delinquency)
- A waived one-time reinstatement limit
- Count furloughed time as time worked for rehire waiting period purposes
- The minimum hour requirement exceptions
