Teladoc is currently on the back of my groups’ ID cards…will new updated ID cards be issued?

New ID cards will be sent to members whose ID cards currently have Teladoc displayed on the back of them. Fully insured members will receive new cards at the beginning of 2021. Self-funded members will receive new cards at their renewal.

    • Doctor On Demand contact information will replace Teladoc on the back of the ID card.
    • If a members’ ID card does not currently display Teladoc, no changes will be made and Doctor On Demand will not be featured on their ID cards.
    • If your employee doesn’t currently have Teladoc on their ID cards but would like to add Doctor On Demand, please work with your Premera sales representative to initiate the custom ID card process. This will be handled on a group-by-group basis.
