Spanish is the second-most spoken language in the United States; however, Premera identified that preventive care benefits are largely underused by our Spanish-speaking member base. Therefore, we see this as a great opportunity to create a new website
that is specifically focused on the preventive care needs and concerns of this population.
This site supports our Spanish-speaking members by providing the following:
- Content that clearly addresses the importance of preventive care
- Ability to easily connect to care
- Access to information on available benefits
Check out the Spanish-language site and share it with your employees. Encouraging preventive care in a way that resonates with the member is just one of the ways that Premera is working to make
healthcare work better for all.
