Avoid Long Wait Times with the Secure Member Portal

    The new year brings new members and new questions for our customer service team, which means hold times for are longer than usual. New and existing members can self-serve via the Premera member portal on premera.com. Want to help your employees sign up for an account or download the mobile app? There are resources you can share from the Manage Your Plan category in the B’link employee communications library.

    Members can access:

    • Digital identification cards
    • Find a Doctor tool
    • Benefit details

    If members cannot find the answers they need on the member portal, members are encouraged to call customer service before midday and towards the latter half of the week.
